Setup Header Sidebar in Be Yours

This article details the step-by-step setup of the Header Sidebar section, a tool for displaying deals or promotions for specific events and holidays, such as the up-coming season.

💡 Note: This feature is available from Be Yours v8.2.0 only.

STEPS:

1. Enable Sidebar under Header section

   • In Admin dashboard > Online Store^[1] > Themes^[2] > Customize^[3] of Be Yours theme.

     

   • In Home page^[4] > Under Header group ^[5] click Header section ^[6].

     In Header settings bar, scrolling down to Sidebar > Toggle on Enable sidebar ^[7]. Whenever you enable the sidebar, the tool's icon will be displayed in the Header (annotated with a yellow arrow at the top-right).

     The Heading^[7] is for the Sidebar title.

     

2. Add and setup [Seasonal deal] block

   • Under Header section^[1] > Add block^[2] > Seasonal deal^[3].

     

   • After creating Seasonal deal block, the block settings bar will appear.

     

     • Setup the display such as Image, Layout, Heading, Colors,... based on your needs.

     • Scrolling down, the Button label^[4] allows you to add a button and link it to any collection or product by using the Button link^[5] setup.

       For example, in our demo, the BUY NOW button linking to the Baby & Kids Body Set collection.

       

   • After finish all your settings up, click Save.
