Enabling order notes
Order notes can be enabled on the Cart page of your theme. Follow the steps below, or refer to your theme's documentation for more information about how to find this setting in your theme.
If your screen is wider than 1600 pixels, then your customization and editing options appear on the right side of your screen. If your screen is smaller than 1600 pixels, then they appear on the left side.
To enable order notes on your cart page, follow these steps:
On your Shopify Admin dashboard, click Online Store > Themes.
On the Themes page, choose Concept theme and click on the theme's button Customize.
Open the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Select Cart to load the template in the theme editor.
In Template section group > Cart page > Subtotal block.
Use the eye icon to toggle the subtotal block on or off.
- Click Save to finish.
Edit your order notes label
Customize the label above or alongside the order notes box. The default label is Add a note to your order block.
You can toggle this block using the eye icon and modify the heading title by editing the text in the right-column settings.
Click Save to finish.
