Setup Product Bundle section in Concept

This tutorial walks you through setting up the Product Bundle section in the Concept theme—a flexible way to group and promote products together for upselling or bundling purposes. 💡 Note: This feature is available starting from Concept v2.0.0. Steps 1. Add the Product Bundle section Go to Admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize on the Concept theme. Navigate to the Home page, then Template. Click Add section and select Product Bundle. There are three layout options available: Product bundle – available from v2.0.0 Compact product bundle – available from v3.0.0 Floating product bundle – available from v3.0.0 Each option shares the same settings. For this tutorial, we'll use the Product bundle layout as an example. 2. Configure the Product Bundle section Once added, the section’s settings will appear in the right sidebar. Selecting products for the bundle Collection – display products from a specific collection. Products – manually select specific products. These will override the collection if both are selected. Maximum products to show – choose between 2 and 12 products. Columns on desktop – display 1 to 4 products per row. Columns on mobile – display 1 or 2 products per row. Setting Discount 1. Minimum items required: Defines the minimum number of products customers must add to the bundle.The value must be smaller than the Maximum items value. Example:If the Maximum items value is 5, the Minimum items required must be less than 5. 2. Maximum items: Defines the maximum number of products customers can add to the bundle. Example:If this value is set to 4, customers cannot add more than 4 products to the bundle. 3. Prevent duplicate products in the bundle: When enabled, customers cannot add the same product multiple times to the bundle. 4. Allow quantity change for each product: When enabled, a quantity selector will appear for each product in the bundle, allowing customers to adjust quantities individually. This setting works together with the Quantity rules settings below. Quantity rules The Allow quantity change for each product option must be enabled to display quantity selectors inside the bundle. 1. Increment: Defines the quantity step when customers click the increase or decrease buttons. Examples: If set to 1, the quantity increases by 1 each click. If set to 2, the quantity increases by 2 each click. 2. Minimum: Defines the default quantity displayed in the quantity selector. Examples: If set to 0, the default quantity will be 0. If set to 1, the default quantity will be 1. 3. Maximum: Defines the maximum quantity allowed for each product. Example: If this value is set to 4, customers cannot increase the quantity beyond 4. Customize appearance Configure heading text, font size, highlight colors, padding, and more to match your brand’s design. Save and preview Preview the section in the live editor. Click Save to apply the changes. Check your storefront homepage to confirm it looks correct. 💡 Important: Discount Behavior - The Product Bundle section is for visual display only and does not calculate or apply discounts. - To apply discounts, use Shopify Admin → Discounts. Discounts only appear in the cart, not within the bundle section itself. Example: The displayed price in the bundle section won’t reflect any discount. This is because Shopify only reveals discounts in the cart or checkout. Discounts will be applied after clicking Add to cart and viewing the cart drawer. That’s it! You’ve now set up your Product Bundle section.
